Samuel Richardot
To launch the 2009/2010 programme that will focus on the issue of process in art, we have invited a young painter for his first institutional solo exhibition. Neither abstract nor figurative, Samuel Richardot’s work draws from expression of sensory qualities, natural entities or from the scientific repertoire, while giving importance to gestures. The freedom of his vocabulary, the diversity of his forms and his independent thinking have convinced us. We have asked Benjamin Thorel to interview him at this turning point in his work.
